kwang-06 Akhom Sriyaphom (Kwang) has been working with CMRCA since February of 2005. He is one of the most exciting and motivating members of the CMRCA family. Kwang is extremely fit and is one of the strongest climbers in the CMRCA community. Before dedicating himself to climbing, Kwang was an active extreme sport athlete, competing regularly in inline skate competitions as well as skateboarding and BMX. His experience as an extreme athlete has given him confidence and motivation to excel in climbing. He is also a skilled graffiti artist, responsible for the colorful mural that brings our bouldering wall to life.

Kwang is an attentive instructor. In addition to his extreme athleticism, he has an unbelievably calm and patient demeanor. Kwang is a fantastic listener and motivator and works to motivate students to push themselves to new heights. Kwang encourages students to challenge themselves and does so in a way that is not forceful or demanding. This allows him to develop strong relationships with students in his programs.

A recent father, Kwang is committed to safety and risk management within his programs.
