All of the ingredients of outstanding teamwork are at your fingertips in this action-packed, culturally rich team building program.  Work together with your teammates to create a masterful local dish from scratch.

Each person will have a specific role in the process, from navigating to the local market to collect fresh supplies, to preparing the ingredients, to presenting the finished product at a final feast.

This program provides opportunities for teams to build and practice systems for cultural navigation, consensus building, and efficient communication.  If the group is split into smaller teams, competition adds energy and excitement as teams work to create the single most delicious dish.

At the end of the program, competition resolved, the group will taste organizational success with a collective feast and celebration.
