Our Mission

CMRCA is committed to helping individuals and organizations in Asia.  We work to improve motivation, communication and cooperation through rock climbing, team building, experiential learning, leadership development and business consulting.  Our models incorporate concepts from mountaineering, rock climbing, caving and adventure travel to teach people and organizations the skills they need to succeed in life in both individual and team settings.

We aim to provide unique services that challenge the community to climb mountains and achieve success in any facet of life.  Whether through leadership development, rock climbing or business modeling, our programs aim to develop personal skills and enhance communication and understanding between people encouraging them to reach beyond themselves and tap into their true potential.

Our Commitment 

As rock climbers, mountaineers, cavers and adventurers, we put ourselves at risk every day.  We have explored massive caves, reached the top of unclimbed peaks, and trekked to the far reaches of the jungle.  In each of these cases, we use tools that work.  Standing at the top of a waterfall 200 meters underground we recognize that a simple error can mean the difference between returning home and potential catastrophe.  We use the tools that we teach.  We have tested them in the most dangerous and challenging environments and we know that the work.  We work in teams and we develop strong relationships and active processes which cultivate a culture of change and ability to adapt quickly.

Our facilitators are committed to sharing our experience in the realm of adventure and adapting those tools and processes to the challenges of the business world.  We are inspired by others who share an interest in pushing themselves to the edge and then reaching beyond it to continue growing and continue working together.
