Tim Walther, an expert in human psychology and experiential learning, is the President and visionary leader of Grand Dynamics International. Tim specializes in delivering adventure-based team building event, action seminars and and custom experiential learning programs for groups of all sizes.
Having worked with thousands of executives, Tim understands the intricacies of leadership and team dynamics and what it takes to tap into unknown realms of human performance.
Tim's programs have been featured in a multitude of meeting planner publications, including Corporate Incentive Travel and Meetings West Magazine. His rock climbing first ascent in the remote jungles of Cambodia was the highlight of Climbing Magazine's 2007 Epic Edition as one of the year's most bold ascents. Tim Walther is the co-author of Seeking True North: The Pathway to Freedom, Beauty and Success, an engaging book which provides over 120 models, methods and tools for personal and business success. Walther holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Psychology from Ithaca College and a Master of Science in Experiential Education with a focus on leadership studies and organizational performance from Minnesota State University.
