The Interactive Team Expedition is an engaging series of team building initiatives that use the diverse natural terrain of the indoor and outdoor environments of your choice. Teams follow the experiential learning cycle as they experience unique problem solving challenges, reflect on the team process, and develop and test new theories of performance.

The program can highlight key business concepts that are relevant to propelling the client toward continued success and the development of high performing teams. Each of the initiatives focuses on the definition of quality as well as individual responsibility in achieving success as a whole. CMRCA can further customize challenges and initiatives to be representative of the client’s products and services if requested.

Sample initiatives can be provided on inquiry. Final program design will be fine tuned based on client needs and goals.
