The Action Leadership Seminar is a focused leadership training in which participants explore and expand their understanding of group process in a structured learning setting. The seminar combines the presentation of and practical application of powerful methods, models and tools which enhance the performance of both individuals and groups. Special emphasis is given to discussion and relation of the learning to the work place.
The seminar culminates with an action planning session in which teams take best practices developed throughout the day forward and identify key actions they will take to improve their individual, team and organizational performance.
