What do tuk tuks, miyung kham, muay thai, and bamboo worms have in common? They each represent an aspect of Lanna. Lanna is the ancient kingdom of Northern Thailand and it is filled with rich history, beauty and culture.
IMS Health explored the true meaning of Lanna with an amazing race throughout the city of Chiang Mai. In separate teams, the organization fanned out through the city solving team challenges, visiting landmarks and awe-inspiring teamples, sharing information, and racing to find the key ingredients of a successful team and the hidden meaning of the word Lanna. The day culminated with a tasty Northern Thai feast along the Mae Ping river.
So what is the true meaning of Lanna you ask? Book a Lanna Exploration Adventure and discover for yourself!

Who do you choose to be today?
In the forested mountains above Chiang Mai, The Life Skills Development Foundation chose to engage in the day during an Action Leadership Seminar with CMRCA. The team building prefaced the company's annual review meeting and focused on developing tools for efficient communication and team process.
A non-profit organization based in Chiang Mai, TLSDF (Rak Dek) runs projects that focus on early childhood care development, education, life skills curricula and children orphaned and made vulnerable by HIV. The full day team building experience ranged from high-energy activities and discussions to challenging large group initiatives.
CMRCA extends our thanks to the people of Rak Dek for creating a powerful day of personal and professional development. We look forward to working with you again next year!

At the 7th Annual Chiang Mai and the North Tourism Forum, over 400 international delegates experienced a broad review of the world class destination we call home. CMRCA was invited to lead a featured session on Chiang Mai's MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) opportunities. We have been told it was the highlight presentation of the Chiang Mai Tourism Forum.
There is certainly a lot to get excited about in northern Thailand! With the development of new convention and high-end shopping centers, international direct flights coming in from Malaysia, Singapore, China, and Korea, and unrivaled incentive activities that seamlessly incorporate comfort, culture, and adventure, Chiang Mai is an ideal location for MICE events.
We hope you will join us in celebrating Chiang Mai's unlimited possibilities as a MICE destination. Contact us to begin designing an outstanding Chiang Mai experience for your group or team today.
