In September of 2009, I chose to host a two-day gathering for my senior management team in Chiang Mai. We were large group of close to 70 people with extremely diverse backgrounds from all over the globe. We wanted to devote one day to team building activities that would challenge us both mentally and physically by taking us out of our comfort zones.
