The content of the course will be tailored to the needs of each climber, but you can expect to learn about basic climbing technique, types of holds and how to use them, and some more advanced climbing techniques (e.g. flagging, back-stepping, lay backs, heel hooks). This is an intro to indoor climbing and bouldering that will teach you the movement skills to climb in any climbing style. By the end of this course, you’ll know the basics of indoor climbing and be ready to come back and climb on your own (or with a friend!).
