Despite the ongoing challenges the COVID-19 global pandemic has brought to all of us in the outdoor education and adventure tourism industry, we’ve been fortunate to meet opportunities to grow and expand as an organisation, and the programming we offer.
Earlier this year, we were granted such an opportunity with a group of enthusiastic gap year students who were eager to explore Thailand and soak up as many authentic cultural interactions and engagements with outdoor adventure as possible! With this group we were able to piece together an incredible journey connecting rock climbing and caving with deep-dive cultural immersion experiences alongside several of our fantastic local partners in the Mae Mo (แม่เมาะ) region in Lampang province.
